This benefit can help you and your family members with day-to-day challenges, major life changes, and anything in between. The EAP provides up to six (6) sessions annually with an experienced consultant for each issue or problem at no cost to you.  This includes referrals, seeing a network clinician and initial consultations with mediators and financial and legal experts.

Call the EAP to access a wide range of assistance:

  • Depression, anxiety, and stress
  • Conflict and communication
  • Family problems
  • Help with relationships
  • Sudden lifestyle changes
  • Financial and legal services

When you call, you’ll be asked to summarize your needs to be connected to the appropriate resources.
