As many of you know, April 29 – May 3 is National Patient Experience Week! We are looking forward to celebrating this week with each of you and showing our appreciation for your tireless effort and commitment to providing a great patient experience to the members of our community.
One of the ways we are celebrating this week is by showing gratitude to our patients for choosing NOAH for their care. During this week, each patient will receive some fun giveaways after their appointment, including NOAH branded sunshades and icepacks (while supplies last).
And that’s not all! We will also be celebrating our amazing employees who go above and beyond to provide exceptional patient experience. Patient Experience Awards will be given out during the week to our top patient-rated care teams and employees in each service line and department!
Additionally, each employee will receive a token of appreciation at the end of the week – a thank-you note crafted from special paper embedded with seeds. When planted, the seeds will grow into herbs that can be used in a variety of recipes! In a world where meaningful gestures often speak louder than words, we wanted to gift you something that embodies the essence of gratitude, growth, and renewal. Our hope is that every time you see these plants flourishing or incorporate them at your family’s dinner table, you’ll be reminded of the value you bring to our community and our patients.
