The NOAH strategic initiatives team is seeking 10-12 passionate individuals to join forces and collaborate on ideas and feedback to identify and prioritize environmentally friendly practices.
What level of commitment does this entail?
Monthly virtual meetings will be scheduled during lunchtime to accommodate a broader range of staff availability and participation. Communication will primarily occur via email and Teams.

If you would like to participate in the committee, please reach out to Crystal Medina at cmedina@noahhelps.org. Since some projects may require time away from your regular job responsibilities, please obtain leader approval prior to committing.
What does the timeline look like for this committee?
The goal is to host our first meeting by third quarter and come up with a few ideas that can help us make progress toward the strategic plan goal. Lastly, finalizing two ideas that will help meet our strategic plan goal by fourth quarter.
