All-Staff Meeting FAQ

The first NOAH all-staff meeting since 2020 is this Friday! Since It’s been a while, we’re guessing you have some questions. Not to worry, we’ve got you covered.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 7:30am. This will allow enough time to park, find the space, and mingle with friends before the presentation begins.

What does the parking situation look like?

While there is plenty of parking available in the Hilton and NOAH Dreamy Draw lots, we always recommend carpooling if possible – it’s cost and energy efficient, easy, and fun!

Will there be coffee?

Yes! No need to rush to the drive through, coffee and light breakfast items will be provided.

Who should attend?

All NOAH employees.

I can’t make it, is there a virtual attendance option?

There is NOT a virtual attendance option for this meeting. We highly encourage every employee to attend. We will be sharing important information (and there might be some giveaways too)!

Why should I attend?

This is our first all-staff meeting in four years! We’re excited to celebrate our achievements, recognize outstanding work, and look ahead to what’s in store for 2023 and beyond.

Will I make it back to clinic in time?

Of course! Employees will be given ample time to make it back to their respective clinics.

As a final reminder, the meeting is this Friday, March 31 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak (next to Dreamy Draw). See you there!
