Health insurance companies are now required to cover the cost of at-home COVID-19 tests for members.
If your health insurance is through NOAH then you are eligible for FDA-authorized, over the counter COVID-19 tests at no cost. Members can get up to eight tests per plan participant every 30 days during the COVID Emergency period. For example, a family with four covered individuals is eligible for up to 32 tests per month (note: most test kits contain two tests). Tests will be covered at a rate of up to $12 per test (or $24 for a test kit with two tests) when you present your NOAH insurance ID card at a Navitus In-Network Pharmacy.
Members may also pay up-front for tests and request reimbursement using the At-Home Test Claim Form. Please note tests purchased prior to January 15, 2022 are not eligible for reimbursement.

- InteliSwab COVID-19 Rapid Test
- QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test
At-home COVID-19 rapid tests are also available for order and shipment through the United States Postal Service®️ here. Only one order per residential address will be accepted and each fulfilled order will contain four tests. Additional tests cannot be ordered regardless of the size of the household.
If you need a test right away or want to keep one on hand, NOAH also has a supply of at-home COVID-19 rapid tests available to employees for free – just ask your supervisor.
