NOAH has implemented MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) as of October 3, 2023. MFA serves as an additional layer of security to prevent unauthorized users from accessing NOAH accounts. This will serve as a maintenance protocol to enforce security measures within our NOAH systems.
Important items to note:
- If you are accessing your NOAH accounts (Microsoft products only) on site at a NOAH clinic – MFA will not prompt you to authenticate.
- If you are accessing your NOAH accounts (Microsoft products only) off site, MFA will prompt you to authenticate, once every 24-hours.
We are requesting all staff set up MFA on their devices, following the Tip Sheet instructions (below) through the Microsoft Authenticator app.
