Coming Soon to a Health Center Near You

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and what better way to honor it than to ramp up patient education on the importance of regular screenings! Over the next week, NOAH is launching several easy, fun, and impactful ways to promote this campaign. We will also have various elements of the awareness campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media websites throughout the month of March.

At NOAH, we want to recommend everyone age 50 and older receive some type of routine colorectal cancer screening.

Colorectal cancers – colon cancer and rectal cancer – together are the second-leading cause of death for men and women. The good news is that almost 9 out of 10 times colon cancer is treatable if caught early. That’s why it is so important for NOAH to educate patients about screenings, and it is why Colorectal Cancer Screenings are part of our 2022 Incentive Plan (more to come on that).

NOAH teams are working together to ensure our patients are well-informed about colorectal cancer and how to catch it early. More details on metrics and how to achieve this goal will be announced soon. In the meantime, think about how you can impact this initiative and more importantly, save lives.
