We know that you – NOAH employees – are our best source of great talent! That’s why NOAH’s Talent Acquisition team has launched this Referral Incentive Program. You understand NOAH’s mission, our talented team, and the patients we care for. That is why you are the best at identifying future employees that will thrive at NOAH.

How the Referral Program Works

Below are the positions available for the Referral Incentive Program and the incentive amount for those positions:

  • Physicians – $2,000
  • Registered Dietitians – $2,000
  • Behavioral Health Counselors/Consultants – $2,000
  • Medical Assistants – $500
  • Associate Behavioral Health Counselors – $500

Interested candidates need to apply for the position on NOAH’s career page – NOAHhelps.org -> About Us -> Careers At NOAH. That means not applying through outside job boards like Indeed.com. Applicants must apply by Sunday, July 31.

Important Program & Application Details

Have someone in mind to refer? That’s great! In order to qualify for the referral bonus, the applicant must:

  • Apply by Sunday, July 31,
  • Apply through NOAH’s career page,
  • Select “Employee Referral” as the source of learning about the NOAH position,
  • Enter the first and last name of the NOAH employee who referred them, and
  • Be offered a position with NOAH, accept the position, and successfully complete 6 consecutive months of employment with NOAH.

If the applicant has been referred by more than one employee, and writes more than one name in the application, the applicant will have to select which NOAH employee was more impactful in their decision to apply.

Both the referring employee and referred employee must be employed by NOAH at that 6-month point for the referral bonus.

The following are not eligible to receive a referral incentive:

  • Executives
  • Members of the HR Talent Acquisition team
  • Directors, Managers, or Supervisors in the department of applicant. These roles can receive a referral incentive for applicants in other departments they do not supervise.
