Performance Reviews and Merit Increases

Team members eligible for a performance review should have completed their review with their leader by now. As a reminder, only employees hired in 2021 were required to complete a performance review. 

What’s Next?

Team members eligible for merit increases will receive notification of their increase the week of July 11. Merit increases will go in to effect on Monday, July 18. Team members hired prior to March 31, 2022, are eligible for a merit increase. 

Contracted providers (physicians, dentists and APPs) are not eligible for a merit increase. More information will be coming soon for contracted providers regarding the annual Fair Market Value assessment. Please reach out to your leaders with questions.
