Employee Spotlights

Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues during the past couple of months.

Emily Aldana, Medical Assistant at Cholla Health Center
Submitted by: Veronica Fuerte

Emily has been an outstanding team member. She came to the rescue at Cholla to lend a helping hand when our psychiatric department was short staffed with only one MA on deck. Her dedication to patient care is admirable and we appreciate her work ethic. Thank you, Emily! We’ve enjoyed having you here at Cholla.

NOAH Staff and Behavioral Health Providers
Submitted by: Alexis Kahn

A patient’s mother called to update coverage for a past visit. She was concerned the claim would get denied for past timely filing and asked what extra steps she can take to make sure we get paid still. Her reasoning behind this was because of how much she loves NOAH – from the providers, clinic staff, and the staff working the phones. She said every encounter at NOAH has been amazing. Great work, team!

Patrick Blackwell, Behavioral Health Technician at Desert Mission Health Center
Submitted by: Martha Gonzalez

Patrick always goes above and beyond for his entire team. He always provides excellent patient care and makes a lasting experience in his patients’ life. Thank you, Patrick for all that you do for our team and our patients!

Front and Back Office Teams at Copperwood Health Center
Submitted by: Sharlene Hanlon

The whole team has been working diligently on reducing in basket response delays. We started to closely monitor in basket volumes starting in February, tracking daily volumes and focusing in on certain categories. We have gone from an average of 664 messages per day, to now at the end of March, an average of 330, with a low of 94 on one day. Great work, everyone!

Ashley Feldkamp, Licensed Master Social Worker at Copperwood II Health Center
Submitted by: Kaylyn Adams

For the past two weeks, Ashley has been coming in an hour early and staying later than her schedule just to make sure that she can get her patients in. Ashley is incredibly dedicated to her patients and goes above and beyond to accommodate them.

I want to give a big shoutout to our amazing medical and psychiatric MA teams at Desert Mission for always coming together as one, especially during the last few weeks when we have been short staffed. They are a great example of what teamwork is all about. Thank you to each one of you. You are greatly appreciated! 🙂

Luis is always willing to help our team when needed and listens to any concerns we may have. We appreciate you, Luis!

Brooke Lister, Front Office Supervisor at Midtown Health Center
Submitted by: Crystal Medina

Brooke took the lead with the tour for Head Start on 2/13. Although it was a large group, she didn’t hesitate to showcase the wonderful services provided by NOAH, including community resources! You rocked that tour! Thank you, Brooke!

Venado Valley Health Center Team
Submitted by: Odalis Gonzalez

Venado was always known to be one of the quietest NOAH Health Centers. This year, we have continued to build our own team and work hard to become a clinic with one of the highest encounter rates. Venado has gone from being a clinic that only saw a few patients, to seeing patients every day. Our team has become a family in the past few months, I can’t wait to see us continue to grow!

Anthony Soden, Service Desk Administrator at Dreamy Draw
Submitted by: Sarah Schultz

Thank you, Anthony, for your tremendous help and assistance with fixing IT issues. I appreciate your immediacy with fixing various issues and how calm you remain as IT problems can be frustrating. Thank you for continued support, it is appreciated. I am so glad you are a part of the NOAH team!
