Miriam Aguilar, Medical Assistant, QuickCare Triage
Miriam is committed to demonstrating NOAH’s core belief “People First.” The Triage team has a patient who has been followed weekly due to being in an assisted care home. Miriam checks the patient in every week, shows compassion, and has made the patient feel comfortable with her care at NOAH. Through ups and downs, the patient is appreciative of Miriam’s work, saying, “I know I always have NOAH and can ask for Miriam. She will get me to the right person and help.” Miriam has gone above and beyond with showing compassion, communicating and trying to help the patient.
Courtney Hickson, Lead Patient Services Representative at Dreamy Draw
Courtney was recently instrumental in getting a patient scheduled for an appointment time that worked best for them. Courtney has quick and efficient communication and is a pleasure to work with. I’m glad to work for a company where leads like Courtney are available to assist patients.
Michele Schwind, Enterprise Contact Center Operations Analyst at Dreamy Draw
Michele has had a pivotal role within our interactive voice response (IVR) project. While our whole team has been absolutely amazing, I want to give Michele an extra shoutout for her dedication in ensuring our automated phone system/IVR is geared toward our organization’s needs. She is constantly taking the initiative on all the technical components and ensuring timely communication. I cannot say enough great things about Michele and her professionalism.
