Employee Spotlights

Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues during the past month.

Chelsi Espiritu – Case Manager at Heuser Family Medicine
Chelsi is so kind and helpful to her team. I love that she is not afraid to ask questions and that she is a great advocate for her patients.

Geo Gonzalez – Community Outreach Specialist at Desert Mission Health Center
Geo is such an inspiration to work with! Words cannot explain the quality and delivery of care she provides to her patients. I have seen her not only help, but also make sure every patient is pleasantly surprised with their experience. Geo is the true definition of One Team and a huge asset to NOAH. I am so thankful to be working with her.

Llandel Gonzalez – Medical Assistant at Desert Mission Health Center
From the start, Llandel has been such a great example. Most importantly, she has taken on the huge task of being part of our General Surgery team. She has not only had to fit in training with her responsibilities that come as part of her own daily role, but also fit in time for the actual surgeries. We appreciate Llandel for her hard work, determination, and flawless execution at NOAH. Keep up the amazing work! We appreciate you!

Lexi Hanson – Case Manager at Desert Mission Health Center
Lexi has been very helpful to me. She always has good questions and advocates for her Case Management team. She sees things in a different perspective, and I think that is important to have in a team.

Curtis Jennings – Security Officer at Midtown Health Center
Curtis truly displays a One Team mindset. He has been beyond helpful to the Midtown Health Center team working hard to collaborate with others and provide a safe environment for patients and employees.

Lisa Nails – Patient Navigator at Dreamy Draw
Lisa consistently displays One Team and People First through her passion and commitment to patients and colleagues. Lisa has stepped out of her wheelhouse to learn and support other departments. At a recent event supporting NOAH’s community outreach efforts, Lisa was a familiar, welcome face for her NOAH teammates. Her positive and giving attitude is evident in all she does!

Alexis Smith – Patient Navigator at Dreamy Draw
In her short tenure with NOAH, Alexis has embodied NOAH’s culture for Embracing Innovation and One Team. She jumped in with both feet to learn and support integrated scheduling. Alexis also brings valuable experience working with and supporting patients. Her People First approach to patient care is evident in her work every day.
