Paycom is Here!

As NOAH transitions some of our platforms and procedures, we are excited to share the new Employee Self Service Tool, Paycom. This platform will replace several different, previous platforms as one comprehensive employee tool with more functionality. Plus Paycom is easy to use, even on your smartphone with 24/7 access to your HR information in your Employee Self-Service account.

What Can You Do With Paycom?

  • clock in and out
  • request time off
  • enroll in benefits
  • access earnings statements
  • change contact information
  • review your deductions
  • change your withholdings
  • view and apply for open positions
  • complete your annual compliance trainings

To make sure everyone reaps the benefits of this switch, we’re asking all employees to use the Paycom app. So we want you to feel confident using it!

All NOAH employees will receive their Paycom login information by Wednesday, October 20 directly from Paycom. For your Paycom account set-up:

  • Paycom will email your login information on October 20th.
  • The first character of your login information is a zero, not the letter “O”
  • Passwords are case-sensitive

Your next step is to attend a training on Thursday, October 21st at 10am, 12pm or 3pm. Calendar invites will be sent.

The transition to Paycom is exciting and should make a lot of things a lot easier and more beneficial for all employees. More information and updates will be shared throughout the transition to Paycom, but please contact HR with any questions at NOAHHR@honorhealth.com
