COVID Employee Vaccine Deadline 11/1

Consistent with HonorHealth and our dedication to providing the safest environment for our patients, team members, and community, NOAH will require employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, just like the flu shot, as a condition of employment.

By Monday, November 1, all team members will be required to have submitted proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Employee Health.

How to submit this information: Email a copy of your card to submitcovidvaccine@honorhealth.com.

You’ve not been vaccinated yet? All NOAH locations offer at least one COVID vaccine option. NOAH employees can schedule a COVID vaccine or Pfizer booster shot at our health centers by contacting:

Once you receive your COVID vaccine, be sure to submit proof of vaccination to Employee Health!
