Thank you to everyone who participated in the September Self-Care BINGO challenge last month! And a big congratulations to our winners. Thank you also to all the staff who showed their NOAH spirit on Friday, October 1 in their blue NOAH shirts. What a great way to kick off October!
Employee Experience Committee is excited to share the plans for our October Events!
- Friday, October 8 – Slips, trips, and fall awareness! The king of puns and NOAH’s Quality Improvement Director Chris Sweeney will be sharing information on how to prevent slips, trips and falls. We will also learn how to recognize our team members for prevention efforts.
- Friday, October 15 – Pumpkin Decorating! During the week of October 11, the HR team will be dropping off pumpkins and arts and crafts supplies at clinics and Dreamy Draw. Once you have all your supplies, it’s time to get creative! Decorate your pumpkin as an individual, a team, or clinic. Winning pumpkins get a prize! On Friday, October 15, judges will be making the rounds to select winners in the following categories:
- Most creative
- Spookiest
- Most NOAH
- Friday, October 22 – Breast Cancer awareness. Wear pink to honor Breast Cancer Awareness month. You can also join the Ambassador team in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 23. - Friday, October 29 – Costume Contest! This has been a favorite event among NOAH in the past and we are excited to bring it back! The following categories will be selected for a prize!
- Best theme
- Work together as a department or team! Virtual teams will also be considered. Send in a picture if you will not be in person on this day!
- Most creative
- Best DIY costume
- Best theme
