Payroll Deadlines
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, payroll will need to be submitted early to meet the deadline for the the November 25 pay date. Deadlines for this pay period will be as follows:
- All time cards must be approved no later than Friday, November 18.
- The ONLY exception is that should you work the weekend shift, your timecards must be approved by 9 a.m. Monday, November 21.
- Payroll adjustments must be turned in to payroll no later than 2 p.m. Thursday, November 17.

Holiday Pay
NOAH will be closed Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 in observance of Thanksgiving. These are PAID holidays for NOAH employees.
Full-time employees will be paid 8 hours of Holiday Pay for each day and part-time employees will be paid 4 hours of Holiday Pay for each day.
Physicians, Dentists and Advanced Practitioners, please work with your Practice Managers if you have any questions about your holiday schedules.
No action is needed by you! These hours will automatically be loaded on to your time card.
If you are an hourly employee that would normally work 10 hours on a designated holiday closure, you are able to make up the 2 hour difference another day during the week or use 2 hours of PTO to meet your total 40 hours for the week.
