The NOAH All Staff Meetings will have a new format! NOAH All Staff Meeting will be separated into updates across different days, times, and with different delivery methods. Communicating these updates this way helps all 415 members of the growing NOAH team receive information in a way that works for them.
What you can expect
The updates NOAH team members will receive will be valuable to how we do our jobs and serve our patients. You can expect to learn about these updates through these methods:
- Townhall Meetings – Beginning in fall 2022, NOAH Townhall Meetings will be scheduled to share important updates with our team members in-person.
- Videos – NOAH will be sharing video updates with our team starting in Q2.
- Articles on The Beat – Articles about changes, updates, and exciting news will continue to be shared with all NOAH team members on The Beat.
Getting every member of NOAH’s team information that is helpful to do their jobs and serve our patients is a top priority. Spreading out key updates over a few months, and with different delivery methods helps us reach our diverse team effectively.
