Employees who receive their flu vaccine from a provider outside of NOAH will need to upload proof to Paycom.
If you chose to decline the flu vaccine, you will be required to wear a mask while in any NOAH facility during the respiratory season (September 1, 2023 – May 1, 2024) and outbreaks, as directed by NOAH leadership.
Once you have received your vaccine or completed an exemption form, you will need to upload your document to Paycom before October 31. See our article on Uploading Documents to Paycom for step-by-step instructions.
