Did you know patients can browse NOAH provider photos and information on our website? When choosing a healthcare provider, patients often gravitate toward people who look like them or share common values or interests. Our Provider Profiles are a wonderful source of basic information to help patients get to know you. The information from your Provider Profile is also used to promote you as a NOAH provider in other digital marketing efforts including social media and our biweekly NOAH News email newsletter.
If you ARE on the Website
Please check:
- Is your information accurate (credentials, languages spoken, clinic location, name spelling/hyphenation, specialties, etc.)?
- Are your responses reflective of your current values and interests?
- Is your photo current? Does it look like you? If you would like a new photo, sign-up to have a new one taken.

If you are NOT on the Website
Please check:
- Have you completed the Provider Profile Questionnaire? If no, complete the questionnaire online here (it takes less than 10 minutes).
- Has your photo been professionally taken by marketing? If no, sign-up to have a new one taken.

Additional Photo Opportunities
Professional photos will be offered at each NOAH health center location and Dreamy Draw on a quarterly basis. We are currently scheduling photos for November 7-9 and plan to offer additional photo opportunities in February, May, and August. If people have not signed up for a particular health center, we will not be coming. Please note your badge photo may be used temporarily until we are able to obtain a professional headshot.
