Please follow the instructions below to upload your paperwork once you have received your vaccination. Proof of vaccination is required in Paycom by October 31.
How to Upload Your Proof of Vaccination
- Log into your self-service in Paycom
- In the upper right hand corner, you will see you have a notification – click on it and look for the “2023 Flu Vaccine” notification
- Click on the 2023 Flu Vaccine
- Click on the start button for the 2023 Flu Vaccine
- Next it will ask you to upload a copy of your 2023 Flu Vaccine – click on start:

- Here you will upload your document using the dropdown below – click the format – then click upload
