Veyo Patient Transportation Update

The Veyo RideView scheduling platform will no longer be supported effective April 1, 2024. Medical Transportation Management Inc. (MTM) purchased Veyo in 2022 which led to these changes. There will be a new MTM scheduling platform we will have access to for scheduling insurance pay rides for the following plans:

  • Arizona Complete Health
  • Allele by Arizona Complete Health
  • Banner University Family Care
  • Banner University Family Care ALTCS
  • Magellan/Molina Arizona
  • Mercy Care Advantage (Medicare)
  • Mercy Care RHBA

More details on how to access the new MTM platform will be coming soon.

Uber Health

For SFS, uninsured, and underinsured patients (transportation paid for by NOAH), we’re excited to announce a new partnership with Uber Health! Beginning April 1, NOAH’s account pay rides will be managed through the Uber Health scheduling platform. Access to this new platform will be granted by the end of the month for front office staff as well as support staff. There is no anticipated delay in access to transportation services!

Please note, the Uber Health scheduling platform does not trigger rides over $50. For any rides costing $50 or more, please contact your supervisor for approval.

For any questions, please reach out to crmanagement@noahhelps.org.
