Learning with Paycom

It’s important for all NOAH employees to be aware and up to date on compliance training. NOAH will be using Paycom to deliver our new hire learning modules as well as annual compliance training for existing employees. New hires will be assigned learning modules the day following orientation. All existing employees are required to complete learning modules annually which will be assigned via Paycom during the month of July. Training topics include HIPAA compliance, Diversity in the Workplace, Workplace Safety and more.
