The Arizona Department of Revenue has changed the payroll tax withholding percentages available to Arizona employees in 2023. Please log into Paycom to complete the 2023 A-4 withholding form.
The new election options will be lower than the current and are posted below:
- 0%
- .50%
- 1%
- 1.50%
- 2%
- 2.50%
- 3%
- 3.5%
To make the change, log in to Paycom Self Service. Under the Payroll tab, select Tax Setup from the drop-down menu. Employees will be prompted to the tax page, where they will find State Taxes on the bottom of the page. Employees can update their tax information from there. Once updated, it will require a signature and then the form gets submitted automatically in Paycom.
