Ready or Not, Here it Comes!

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to transition to our own NOAH computer operating systems. This has been a huge undertaking for our entire team, and we are thrilled to have almost made the finish line.

A few important things to know as we move into next week’s Go Live

  • All NOAH Health Centers will be closed beginning at 12 p.m. Monday, May 8. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, May 9.
  • The Patient Engagement Center will be closed from approximately 12:20 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, May 8.
  • All employees should now be using noahhelps emails for Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, and OneNote. All previously saved notebooks, chats, etc. should be accessible in your noahhelps accounts. If you are having trouble finding something, please reach out to transition.support@thirtyone3technology.com
  • Signage is posted in all health centers notifying patients of Monday’s half-day closure and communicating general transition information including a link to our Frequently Asked Questions page on the NOAH website.
  • An email will be sent this week notifying patients of the transition including changes to MyChart access which begins May 9.
  • Banners with information about access to MyChart have been added to the NOAH website home page as well as other pages linking to MyChart.
  • A message will be added to our phone IVR system alerting patients of the computer system update and potential interruptions.

More details will be shared as they become available. Watch your email for more information.
