For more than 25 years, NOAH has been part of HonorHealth (previously Scottsdale Healthcare) in some capacity. In December 2021, NOAH and HonorHealth’s relationship went through a significant change when all employees working at NOAH officially became “NOAH Employees” rather than HonorHealth employees, with NOAH managed benefits and more.
Since December HonorHealth and NOAH have still been connected in several ways, including Information Technology (IT) services and support. NOAH will be transitioning all IT services and support in-house as part of our next phase in becoming a standalone entity!
Over the next 10-12 months NOAH will be launching new IT platforms, including phone systems and EHR (don’t worry we will remain with EPIC), creating new NOAH branded email addresses for all NOAH employees, and developing service and support processes and procedures for our team.
Goals for NOAH IT Transition:
- Developing internal, mission-focused IT Department to meet the needs of the organization, staff, and patients.
- Launch NOAH-branded and NOAH-owned IT.
- Creating NOAH-branded, consistent, and timely reports.
- Supporting NOAH’s FQHC-specific compliance requirements.
What to Expect
NOAH employees should expect communications over the next couple of months about specific updates to their department, organization-wide updates, timing for IT transitions, and more. Communications will be timely and with support available to answer your questions and help you and your team members make a smooth transition.
Impact on Projects and Workflows
With this transition, the NOAH IT team will be prioritizing and possibly delaying projects that involve NOAH IT or HonorHealth IT services to focus efforts on a smooth migration. If you have any questions about the transition or specific IT platforms or services, please contact your direct supervisor.
