We will be closed on Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day! This is a PAID holiday for NOAH employees.
Full-time employees will be paid 8 hours of Holiday Pay and part-time employees will be paid 4 hours of Holiday Pay.
Physicians, Dentists and Advanced Practitioners, please work with your Practice Managers if you have any questions about your holiday schedules.
No action is needed by you! These hours will automatically be loaded on to your time card.
If you are an hourly employee that would normally work 10 hours on a designated holiday closure, you are able to make up the 2 hour difference another day during the week or use 2 hours of PTO to meet your total 40 hours for the week.
Time Card Approval
Don’t forget, all employees are required to approve their time card each week.
Please ensure time cards, punch change requests, and time off requests are approved by the end of day Friday, July 1. For employees scheduled on Saturday, time cards must be approved by 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 5.
