Cholla Behavioral Health:
- I experience at this clinic for the very first time was extremely pleasant. I did not have one negative experience with anyone. It was surely a nice change from a lot of other doctors offices that I have appointments at. I hope the staff keeps up the great work.
- No improvement needed. My care team is amazing. Rose Mintz is and has helped me so much. I’m truly blessed. Thank you.
- Clay, my Practitioner is very professional and personable. Listens and responds accordingly. I’m a HUGE proponent of telehealth. Was before everyone started using it during COVID. So when given the option. I’ll always use telehealth, when it is appropriate for the situation .

- I love NOAH clinic I refuse to go anywhere else for my primary care. The calm spirit greatly reduces my anxiety within a short time of being on the phone. The staff takes me seriously every time I call. May God Bless everyone through out the system

- Dr Davis was excellent
- The staff is very nice and listens to my concerns which makes me feel very comfortable. I am pleased with the care I get. They are also very efficient I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Overall I feel they all do a great job!

She listened to my concerns and included them when creating my plan of care. I was hesitant to follow up on a referral but Amanda took the time to explain why it was necessary. I will definitely be back and recommend this clinic to others.
- The doctor cared about my care and since I wasn’t from this location she took the extra time to thuroly go thru my cart and gave me important information that had fallen thru the cracks important heath concerns that needed to be addressed so now this will be my location and she will be my permanent doctor because she took the time to care Dr Mallisa
