Employee Assistance Program (EAP): This benefit can help you and your family members with day-to-day challenges, major life changes, and anything in between. The EAP provides up to six (6) sessions annually with an experienced consultant for each issue or problem at no cost to you. This includes referrals, seeing a network clinician and initial consultations with mediators and financial and legal experts. Sanvello: Download this mobile app that can help with stress, anxiety, depression, and overall mental wellness, on-demand. Talkspace: Get help from a professional 24/7. Talkspace offers online counseling via text, audio, or visual messaging.
All three programs are completely confidential and free of charge for you and immediate family members in your household.
