Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues for the month of November.
Melanie Andonaegui, Medical Assistant, Desert Mission Health Center – Melanie is the best colleague to her whole team. She is honest and hard-working, something that inspires others and makes our team stronger. We are lucky to have someone so dedicated and caring on our team.
Laura Avalos, Medical Records Processor, Dreamy Draw – Laura, “Laurita” started with medical records in March and in that short time has proven to be a great addition to our team. She sends out morning motivational messages to the team to get us going. Laura now helps onboard new staff and has gotten great reviews from new team members about how friendly and patient she is. Laura is a great team member!
Adriana Camacho, Medical Records Processor, Dreamy Draw – Adriana is very knowledgeable about medical record process and is always willing to cover for staff when needed. She not only helps our team with questions but is also available when other departments need help with our process. Even though Adriana prefers to stay out of the spotlight, we spotlight her as an amazing part of our team!
Diana Cardenas, Medical Assistant, Desert Mission Health Center – Diana is known for always being available to give moral support to her colleagues. She is very understanding of all kinds of circumstances with patients and with our team members. Diana displays gratitude and it helps us all work better.
Reina Fernandez, Medical Assistant, Desert Mission Health Center – Reina is a great team player and is always willing to help her team. She comes in with a positive attitude and makes everyone laugh. There is never a dull moment at Desert Mission with Reina, and her team loves working with her.
Jennifer Laguna, Referral Specialist, Dreamy Draw – Jennifer shows kindness in all areas of her work. She is willing to help anyone – patients, coworkers, employees from other departments, and others – with any questions or help they need. Jennifer has a wonderful demeanor with her fellow employees and patients. We are lucky to have her.
Melanie Lyon, Physician Assistant, Desert Mission Health Center – As a provider, Melanie builds loyalty and trust with her patients, something all of her colleagues witness on a daily basis. She is a cheerleader and a lifeline to her teammates – especially anyone new. What Melanie brings in addition to caring for a vulnerable population is the intangible element of support and positivity. She is amazing to have on our team.
Yaneth Yanez, Registration / Scheduler, Palomino Health Center – Yaneth takes care of people. She continually goes out of her way to ensure the patients have what they need for their appointments and their care with NOAH, but she also does the same for her team. Yaneth is always helpful, respectful, and empathic with everyone she encounters.
