Maria is a delight to have at Venado’s front desk! She does a great job greeting all of our patients, introducing herself, showing care and compassion, and is incredibly helpful. She has been flexible with her schedule, doing everything she can to help support her team and take care of our patients. We are so grateful she is a part of the Venado team!

Jason went above and beyond to assist when a patient called into the PEC right before closing. There was no one in the Spanish queue at the time and Jason had already singed off. He signed back onto the phones to take the call and provide the assistance our patient needed. Jason really showed that he cares for our patients and will work as One Team to get them the very best customer service.
