Her approach reassures me that no question is too trivial. Jaucqylnn has jumped all in to work with the pediatric population at Midtown. She has worked closely with me in creating and organizing all the requirements for pediatrics. She’s created folders for all the necessary documents, pulls notes/reports needed to start the day, and has started to familiarize herself with the complicated vaccine schedule. She has helped me tremendously with navigating OCHIN, enabling the double monitors, and troubleshooting with small IT tips/tricks. She has been a true asset.
Emmy Torres, Triage RN at Dreamy Draw

Emmy went above and beyond her role as a Triage RN when I had a patient that was experiencing a medical emergency. Emmy was trying to keep the patient on the phone while I called 911 but the patient hung up. She let me know and I was able to call the patient back, who was still refusing to go to the ER. I asked Emmy to please call 911 and I would keep the patient on the phone, which she did and ultimately, the patient was able to be seen by paramedics and taken to the emergency room. Without her help today, I would not have been able to get my patient the care she needed. Thanks for recognizing, Emmy!

Everyone is already smiling when she walks in, she’s greeted with a very warm welcome, and everyone is so nice and friendly to her.
