Lexi Hanson, Case Manager, Desert Mission Health Center
As a counselor, I am very thankful for the hard work of the Case Management team, especially Lexi. Lexi has been a sincere, warm, and dedicated case manager. She always jumps in to make sure patients get what they need and is very encouraging as a team player. The work Lexi and the other Case Managers do every day makes our work together better and provides our clients quality care from all aspects.

Jeff continues to be a pillar within NOAH’s Behavioral Health Program and is a true representation of One Team! Leslie has embraced the One Team approach here with NOAH. She will jump in anytime she sees her coworkers falling behind or need additional help. She goes above and beyond with patient care to ensure that all patients are taken care of, and she always communicates effectively with staff. She has been a great asset to the referral team and to NOAH.
