New Vendor/Visitor Sign-in Process

NOAH Workplace and Public Safety leadership has created a new process for vendor and visitor accountability. Vendors or other visitors entering a NOAH facility will now be asked to sign-in upon entry to the building. This will help ensure the quality and effectiveness of any services being performed as well as help on-site staff identify authorized visitors.

Clipboards with a sign-in sheet are now available at the Reception/Check-in desk at each NOAH location. This sign-in sheet should be completed by every vendor as they enter and leave our facilities. NOAH employees at the front desk will be responsible for verifying vendor identity and purpose as well as ensuring vendors sign-out when they leave the facility.

Once a sheet is completed, please scan and email to noahworkplacepublicsafety@honorhealth.com. Once the scanned document has been sent, the original can be shredded.
