Third Quarter Incentive Plan results are in! Our team has made a tremendous effort to grow our reach, serve more patients, and keep our community healthy this quarter! Your commitment to NOAH and our patients shows every day. 

NOAH’s 2022 Incentive Plan Details

Part One

Must be met to qualify for any incentive.

Meet a 3% Operating Margin based on revenue generated throughout the quarter. 

For Q3, NOAH met our 3% Operating Margin.  Thank you to all of our teams working to ensure we remain financially strong. 

Part Two

May be achieved separately to receive a portion of the Incentive Payment.

Meet or exceed goals in the following areas:

  • Integrated Care
  • Social Determinants of Health: Food Insecurity
  • Quality Measures: Colorectal Cancer Screenings, Diabetes Control, Weight Assessment & Counseling for Children and Adolescents

For Q3, our integrated care goal of 27% of visits was achieved and the SDOH: Food Insecurity screening goal of 60% was also achieved.  While we made great progress in our Quality Measures, we did not meet the specific benchmarks in this area.  

Since we met our 3% Operating Margin and achieved our goals in two of the three areas indicated, employees will receive a two-thirds Incentive Payment for Q3. This payment will be reflected in the payroll you receive Oct. 28.
