Patient Medicaid Advocacy Campaign Update

Postcards for our Medicaid Matters campaign will be arriving in clinics over the next few days. Please encourage patients to speak up for Medicaid by sharing their “Why Medicaid Matters to Me” message.

Sample messages in english and Spanish can be accessed by scanning the QR code on in-clinic signage. Patients are asked to include their zip code so we can identify and send to the appropriate representative for their district. Front office staff will collect completed postcards and coordinate with Practice Managers for mailing.

This is a great opportunity for patients to participate in an important advocacy campaign. Employees are welcome to participate by completing a postcard, sending a letter/email, or calling the designated representative for your district. For more information, check out last week’s Speak Up for Medicaid article in The Beat or visit our Medicaid Matters toolkit.

If you have any questions, please contact Christina Henning at chenning@noahhelps.org.
