Jury Duty

If you are summoned for Jury Duty, please notify your leader as soon as possible so the department can plan accordingly. All absences for Jury Duty will be excused, but no Jury Duty Pay will be issued. Employees may choose to use PTO or PST for any absences due to Jury Duty.

Employees are responsible for selecting Bereavement Leave or elected PTO/PST for Jury Duty on their timecards as appropriate.
