Flu and COVID vaccines/boosters are offered at NO COST to all NOAH employees.
Flu Vaccines
Flu vaccines are now available for all NOAH employees. For your convenience, NOAH providers have scheduled walk-in opportunities at several health centers. The locations listed below are providing flu vaccinations for NOAH employees at the times indicated. Employees may choose the location that’s most convenient.
Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday through September 30

Flu vaccination is required by October 31 for all NOAH employees. If you are unable to meet this requirement due to medical reasons or religious beliefs, you must complete a medical exemption or religious exemption vaccine declination form. Once you have received your flu shot or completed a declination form, you will need to upload your document to Paycom. See our article on Uploading Documents to Paycom for step-by-step instructions.
Flu Vaccines AND COVID Bivalent Boosters
For employees who would like to receive a flu vaccine and the new COVID bivalent booster at the same time, you may request an appointment at Desert Mission Health Center for a vaccination event being held Saturday, Oct. 1 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Please note, registration for Saturday events is required. Employees can sign-up by calling the PEC, asking an amazing member of our front office team, or requesting an appointment online.
