Reduced Copays
NOAH employees enrolled in a NOAH medical plan save 50% on copays (compared to a non-NOAH pharmacy) for most prescription medications when filling with NOAH’s Pharmacy. Most medications are also available for no-cost courier service to your nearest NOAH Health Center. For employees on NOAH’s high deductible/health savings account plan, prescription copays are not applicable (at NOAH or other pharmacies) until the required deductible is met. Coverage for Weight Loss Prescriptions
If you are being prescribed a GLP-1 (ie. Wegovy, Saxenda, Zepbound) for weight loss, in order to be covered by NOAH Insurance, the medication must a) be prescribed by a NOAH provider, b) be filled at NOAH’s pharmacy, and c) receive prior authorization from our pharmacy benefit manager. If you need to establish care with a NOAH provider, please call 480-882-4545 and identify yourself as a NOAH employee (or family member of) to ensure scheduling eligibility.
NOAH’s Pharmacy is Open to Everyone
Remember, you don’t need to be enrolled in a NOAH medical plan or even be a NOAH patient to get your prescriptions filled at NOAH’s Pharmacy. Simply ask your provider to select “NOAH’s Cholla Pharmacy” as your preferred pharmacy (it will show up in their list just like Fry’s, Walgreens, etc.). Most insurance plans are accepted – including commercial. If you would like your medication(s) couriered to a NOAH Health Center, call the pharmacy at 480-903-3560 to have a note added to your file.
