I have a patient who is facing homelessness, is completely shut down, and due to chronic issues, unable to find housing. Vaniah has gone above and beyond to help my patient find housing resources so that she can move from her apartment into another apartment that is within her budget. My patient is hopeful about the future and being able to live independently without going into a homeless shelter.

The BH PEC reps and referral teams have been a HUGE help calling literally hundreds of patients that need a new psychiatry provider or need a required annual assessment. They’ve truly helped us ensure timely and quality care, along with a smooth patient experience. They’re always willing to help and work so quickly. They also make it their personal mission to advocate for our patients and make sure we schedule them in the best way to meet the patient’s needs. We appreciate each of you so much!
