Now that we have transitioned to become NOAH employees, a few things are changing with Holiday time off.
NOAH will now be paying all employees Holiday Pay on days when NOAH is closed due to a holiday.
What holidays will I be paid Holiday Pay for in the next two weeks?
- Friday, December 24th, 2021 (Christmas holiday)
- Friday, December 31st, 2021 (New Years holiday)
Full time employees will be 8 hours of Holiday Pay and part time employees will be paid 4 hours of Holiday Pay.
No action is needed by you! These hours will automatically be loaded on to your time card.
If you are an hourly employee that would normally work 10 hours on a designated holiday closure, you are able to make up the 2 hour difference another day during the week or use 2 hours of PTO to meet your total 40 hours for the week.
As a reminder from our Paycom training, your PTO/PST accrual banks from HonorHealth will not be loaded in to Paycom until December 29th. If you have time off other than December 24th (the paid holiday), prior to the 29th, you will be able to apply your PTO/PST to your timecard after your accrual banks are loaded in to Paycom.
Don’t forget, all employees are required to approve their timecard on Monday, January 3 by 9am in Paycom.
