New Security Updates for NOAH

NOAH is pleased to announce the launch of our own NOAH Security Department. Until now HonorHealth has provided the security services for NOAH, including security officers, badging, and more, so this is an important step in the transition.

NOAH Security Manager Joe Slama answers for some questions about the new security team and services.

  • Why is NOAH creating its own Security Department?

With the upcoming transition and growth we’ve had, designing and managing our own security services in-house both streamlines things, and is required by the Arizona Department of Public Safety now that HonorHealth and NOAH are separate entities.

  • Will we get new NOAH badges?

Yes. All NOAH employees will receive NOAH branded badges in early 2022. Your HonorHealth badges will work for all NOAH access you currently have for your role, as well as any HonorHealth sites you may also access currently.

  • Are we getting new photos for our new NOAH badges?

NOAH employees will be able to use their current photo on the new NOAH badge. If an employee wants to use a different photo, they may submit one that meets required standards, but NOAH will not be doing new photos for all staff. If you want to use a new photo, submit it to jslama@honorhealth.com before 12/31/2021. For more information about photos to use, click here.

  • Are there any changes to our Security Officers?

Most of the NOAH-assigned Security Officers from HonorHealth will be transferring to NOAH employees and will remain part of the NOAH team supporting our health center locations. The uniforms NOAH Security Officers wear will largely remain the same with a new NOAH uniform shirt.

More information to come regarding badges and other security measures as they are introduced to NOAH. If there are any urgent security questions, concerns, or access issues, contact Joe at jslama@honorhealth.com.
