Marisol Gonzales, Registration/Scheduler at Desert Mission Health Center

Marisol consistently goes the extra mile to support both our patients and staff. She often helps providers communicate crucial scheduling details to patients, particularly those who speak Spanish or are parents of minors. Marisol is prompt in aiding with paperwork and promptly uploads essential patient documents into Epic. Throughout all of these tasks, she maintains a cheerful demeanor and a positive attitude. I couldn’t ask for a better frontline staff member for my patients to engage with.
Odalis Gonzalez, Back Office Supervisor at Venado Valley Health Center

Venado faced challenges during a rough patch in 2023. When Odalis joined as the Front Office Supervisor, she seamlessly embraced her role with enthusiasm. She efficiently trained two new registrars while adjusting to her new position. Despite our growing patient population, feedback from patients, providers, and staff was consistently positive. When we lost our back office supervisor, Odalis stepped in once again, assisting with additional responsibilities. Together as a team, Odalis has significantly contributed to improving processes, organization, and overall atmosphere in our clinic. I’m grateful for Odalis and her daily commitment to going above and beyond. She supports her team wholeheartedly, maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates exceptional work ethic, and exemplifies true leadership. In my opinion, she’s a true ROCK STAR!
Kelly Neither, Prep Navigator at Dreamy Draw

Kelly is exceptionally organized, meticulously tracking all NOAH PrEP patients for follow-up and conducting chart reviews to ensure they receive recommended labs. She also manages prior authorizations for Apretude patients and consistently ensures patients receive necessary care without falling through the cracks. Kelly readily assists other clinics with in-basket coverage and efficiently identifies potential missed labs.
Despite the demanding workload, Kelly approaches each task with a smile and genuine compassion for our patients. I am so glad to have Kelly on my team, I know I can always count on her.
