Nurse Triage Team

The Triage Nurses are an amazing group! As a nutrition practitioner (not a medical one) it’s an invaluable resource when a patient of mine is experiencing symptoms outside of my scope. Many people I speak with want to avoid an ED visit and the RNs are able to reassure them if it’s not serious, or step in when it is. They’re also super prompt in reaching out to the patient. I’m so grateful they’re here! Excellent job RNs!
Accounts Receivable Team and Leadership

A patient was experiencing financial hardship. He was unaware that he had lost his Medicaid coverage, so he felt apprehensive about calling to inquire about the charges for his uncovered visit. To his surprise, every representative who assisted him was kind, understanding, and patient. Each representative offered something different to try to help him lower the cost of his visit or informed him about a program he could apply for. They also reassured him that his credit would not be affected. We did a great job of emphasizing the silver linings, and he truly appreciated the way we made him feel during this tough time.
