Summer is upon us, which means NOAH back-to-school events are right around the corner. We’re thrilled to bring back our traditional NOAH Back to School sports physicals and well-child checks for the first time since 2019! These events have been very well attended in the past and typically include a mix of new and existing NOAH patients.
Back to School Events
- Saturday, July 29, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Palomino Health Center
- Saturday, August 5, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cholla Health Center
Participants will need to schedule appointments in advance by calling the PEC. Appointment times and number of appointments are still being determined.
As part of NOAH’s integrated care model, patients will receive a dental screening (and fluoride, if applicable) during their appointment. During the Back to School event, services are offered at no cost to patients, meaning insurance will be billed but any copays or other expenses usually passed on to the patient are waived. Participants in this event will also be the first to receive our new Wellness Kits funded by NOAH’s partnership with the Arizona Lottery. Kits will include information on NOAH services, parenting tips, NOAH desert animal stick puppets, coloring books, our brand new children’s book, “Sheldon Gets Stuck,” and more.
Molina has already been secured as a sponsor for this event and we are currently talking with other organizations for sponsorship opportunities and donation of food, back to school supplies, etc. We will also be seeking NOAH volunteers to help on event day.
