Our IT transition deadline is just 76 days away. The IT team has made significant headway with the transition and several teams have already switched to the new NOAH network and devices. Here’s what to expect in the next 30-45 days.
Infrastructure (network and devices) Transition
- Leaders for each department or location will be notified at least two days prior to the transition. Unfortunately, we can’t give more advance notice for this transition as it relies on the completion of other updates.
- When it’s your turn to transition, representatives from thirtyone3 Technology will be onsite to update your computer and show you how to connect to the new network/device.
- The process for logging into VPN will change so please ensure you know how to connect if you are working remotely.
- New NOAH emails will be distributed at time of transition or within the following weeks.
How You Can Prepare for the Transition
- Get your files all in one place and make sure you know where they are saved on your HonorHealth device.
- thirtyone3 will help ensure your files are accessible after the transition but it’s important to know where they are saved.
- Create a list of accounts attached to your HonorHealth email.
- Make note of any accounts you have with third-party applications that use your HonorHealth email address for a username or verification. Those accounts will need to be changed to your NOAH email address once the new NOAH email addresses are distributed.
