New Online Risk, Compliance Reporting System

Beginning January 1, 2022 all NOAH employees will use noahhelps.org/employee-compliance to Submit a Risk event, Patient Complaint or Grievance, Professional Conduct Event, Employee Injury, or Compliance Incident. NOAH will now be using Compliatric Incident Reporting System.

Specific instructions were emailed to all employees on December 30, 2021.

After December 30, NOAH team members will no longer use Midas through Honorhealth to report or track these types of events.

There will be a link on the Honor Hub Midas page, as well as, on NOAH employee pages as we ramp up our reporting on the new system.

More information to come including timing, training opportunities, transition details, and resources to get everyone online with Compliatric Incident Reporting System quickly and as seamlessly as possible.
