In the last few years, telecommuting, or working from home has become more widespread here at NOAH. In the next few weeks, if you work from home either full time or on a hybrid basis, you will be receiving a notification via Paycom to sign NOAH’s telecommuting agreement.
What are the expectations when you work form home?
- You will work in a quiet, private space.
- You will protect private health information.
- Productivity expectations are the same when working from home as they are in office.
- You will not be providing care to another person or family member during your designated working hours.
- You will provide your own office equipment and Wi-Fi.
