New Employee Orientation at NOAH

In October, NOAH began holding our own New Employee Orientation (NEO) for our employees. Since then, we have welcomed a new group of NOAH employees every Monday at our Dreamy Draw administrative location. Now that a full month of NEO groups have come through our office, it’s clear that this is a great way to welcome new team members to NOAH.

Since October, NOAH has had 39 new employees – in a range of different positions, locations, and departments – attend NEO. During orientation, new team members learn about Leading with Purpose, Patient Experience, and Quality Improvement. New employees are asked for feedback and insight about NEO as NOAH continues to work to make it the best onboarding process possible.

New employees want to hear from more departments and other guest speakers, and overall learn even more about NOAH! We are considering many suggestions as onboarding plans continue to grow with NOAH.

NOAH’s HR team is thankful to those individuals who have contributed to the engaging and informative experience for new employees. Particular shout-out to Brooke Dyrhaug and Chris Sweeney, and the Chiefs who rotate attending NEO based on availability.
