NOAH has an exciting 2022 planned after a big 2021! With all the growth, new plans, and efforts ahead, our team needs enough time to work on all these projects. Work-life balance is a priority for NOAH and the “No Meeting Zone” is one step to help support our team.
The “No Meeting Zone” is every Wednesday from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. The scheduled, predictable time each week should not be interrupted by meetings or team calls. So team leaders, refrain from scheduling meetings, 1:1’s, and clinic/department visits during this time.
The best way to maximize your time with this is to block it on your calendar every week during 2022. It is the expectation that all leaders will avoid meetings during this time.
