Over the past year, Navitus has been working on tools to improve the member experience and make pharmacy benefits easier to navigate and understand. One of the cornerstones of these efforts is a redesigned member portal.
The new member portal will provide you and your family with a much-improved experience including:
- Streamlined site from which members can review all their pharmacy benefits with just a few clicks
- Easier registration process
- Members will no longer need their member IDs to register
- Intuitive self-help tools
- Improved accessibility for all members
- The new site is available both in Spanish and English and 508-compliant.
What to Expect
- Your information has been transferred to the new portal at, memberportal.navitus.com
- Members who visit to the legacy portal will be redirected to the new portal
- Members who have previously registered on the legacy portal will need to re-register
You will find simple, step-by-step registration instructions on the login page here. Members who have registered for the Navitus mobile app can now use the same email and password to sign in for both the portal and app and will not need to re-register.
